  • SEAT is a woman-owned consultancy that champions equitable growth through supplier diversity, workforce development, and inclusive economic strategies. Their mission is to break down systemic barriers and foster opportunity for underrepresented businesses and talent. By bridging the gap between policy and practice, SEAT helps build stronger, more resilient ecosystems across public and private sectors.

  • To position SEAT as a community connector and catalyst for inclusive growth, I designed a brand identity rooted in empowerment and adaptability. The custom logo includes an abstract seatbelt within the “A,” which doubles as a forward arrow and greater-than sign—representing progress, inclusion, and an open invitation to take a seat at the table. A modular geometric pattern featuring photography of diverse, smiling individuals reinforces SEAT’s people-first values while creating a flexible design system that reflects their dynamic, network-building approach. The visual identity communicates SEAT’s unique role as both a strategic advisor and a convener of change.
